Community

What community means to us

We consider ourselves lucky to live in such a beautiful place, surrounded by such rad people. That’s why we strive to be more than just a gear shop. We believe that through education, charitable giving, and events, we can re-invest in the community that invests in us.

How we invest in our community

Our community investment strategy is two-fold. First, we continuously support our customers even after their purchase by providing educational events and hands-on learning. From bike maintenance clinics to avalanche awareness courses, our goal is to provide the information you need to have a fun and successful experience in the outdoors. We do our best to share safety tips, trail conditions, and more on our social media platforms in order to keep you informed.

Second, we support the hard working individuals and organizations who are making Summit County and Colorado a better place. We host regular events to benefit non-profits such as CAIC, The Cycle Effect, and Friends of the Dillon Ranger District, just to name a few. All of these groups are doing amazing work and have truly shaped our community.

How you can help

A good place to start is keeping an eye on our website and social media for upcoming events! More people at our events just means more support for our local non-profit partners. Plus we think it’s a pretty good time. Beyond that, we will try to share volunteer opportunities and other needs here in Summit County. We encourage you to reach out to some of these groups and ask how you can help!
